Housing prices - brody

Just read an interesting article written in 2006 about the history of housing prices. It talks about the myth of real estate being a good investment and the current state of the housing boom at the time of writing.

    I like this line: "But if there is one clear lesson that emerges from history, it's that life can be messy. " Damn straight.

    I still think (right now anyway) that Calgary has a pretty solid real estate situation.
